This policy covers thew2collective.com. Each brand site has its own checkout or enquiry process and may hold additional data as part of that — this policy covers what happens on this site specifically.
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect whatever you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your business name, phone number and message. We don't collect anything else automatically — this site doesn't run analytics or advertising trackers, and doesn't use cookies to track you.
Purely to reply to you. Your contact form submission is sent to our inbox and answered by a real person — Daniel or Ramel. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone else as a result of filling in this form.
The contact form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-to-email service, purely to route your message to our inbox. FormSubmit doesn't receive any information beyond what you type into the form.
We keep enquiry emails for as long as is reasonably useful for following up with you, then delete them periodically. If you'd like your message deleted sooner, just ask.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email enquiries@thew2collective.co.uk for any of this.
If you buy from w2taps.com, that purchase is handled by our Shopify-powered store under its own privacy terms (covering things like order and delivery details). W2 Create and W2 Systems work from enquiries rather than a checkout, and each has its own site — check the relevant one for its policy.
